All payments for services must be made according to the schedule agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. Late payments may result in a pause of work until the account is current.
Materials produced by Downtime Productions LLC for the client become the client's property upon full payment, as specified in the applicable agreement. Downtime Productions LLC retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated examples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a specific confidentiality or NDA arrangement states otherwise.
